Sophie Caseby

Sophie Caseby is a Value & Access Policy Manager at the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) since June 2025, following a role as Market Access Manager at Takeda Oncology from January 2021 to June 2025, where achievements included leading HTA activities for haem-oncology and solid tumour portfolios. Sophie also contributed to market research on pricing and reimbursement challenges during a secondment in Takeda's Global Pricing, Value & Access team. As an Industry Representative on the Scottish Medicines Consortium User Group Forum from December 2022 to April 2025, Sophie advocated for optimized access to medicines in Scotland. Experience prior to Takeda includes consulting at Costello Medical and editorial work at Polygeia, alongside internships at Deutsche Bank and the Universidade de São Paulo. Sophie holds an MSc in Integrated Immunology from the University of Oxford and a BSc in Biological Sciences from Durham University.
