Michelle Szabrowicz

With a keen knack for problem-solving, Michelle is the Chief Financial Officer for ABR and is responsible for overseeing financial management systems and processes, preparing the annual budget, developing forecasts, and participating in strategic planning. Michelle’s work has far-reaching impacts on the company as a whole, but her core mission is to support the field in making a difference in the lives of candidates and in the client’s operations.

Michelle graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Masters of Accountancy in 2003. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Wisconsin and has worked in several accounting roles before joining ABR as an account manager. She was promoted to CFO in 2012.
