Ng Soo Noi

Ms Ng Soo Noi oversees the finance, accounting, tax and treasury functions of the Group.

Ms Ng has over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance and auditing. Having started her career as an auditor with an international accounting firm, she subsequently moved on to join a public listed industrial conglomerate where she held managerial positions in the financial and management accounting areas.

Prior to joining the Company in October 1999, she was the regional financial controller of a public listed company where she spent over 2 years in the People’s Republic of China overseeing the finance function of the operations there. Ms Ng is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (United Kingdom) and a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
