Anat Barkan

Anat Barkan currently serves as HR EVP at abra since July 2025. Prior experience includes holding the position of HR VP at Electra Consumer Products Ltd from December 2018 to June 2025, as well as HR VP at Mey Eden from October 2012 to November 2018. Additional roles include VP of Strategic Communication at Mistral Group, VP of IHR at Plasan Sasa Ltd, and Human Resources Manager at Golan Plastics. Prior to these, Anat Barkan worked as Organizational Development Director at Unilever Israel and held the role of Human Resources Manager at Strauss Group Inc. Academically, Anat Barkan holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, along with degrees in Organizational Consultancy and Leadership and Group Development from Hifa University and Bar-Ilan University, respectively.
