Kurt Hoffmann has been working in the marketing industry since 1989. Kurt began their career as a Film/Video Intern with the Arbor Group, Inc., where they worked under Deeds Bonham and Mike Sneden. In 1995, they became a Graphics Specialist/Preflighting at Scholin Brothers Printing Company, where they helped establish their Preflighting department. In 1989, they began working as a Marketing Assistant at St. John's Mercy Medical Center, where they were part of a dynamic team that led all marketing efforts. In 1998, they became the Marketing Director at Tinder Records/World Music Distribution. In 2007, they joined Reverse Focus as Partner/Vice President, Web Development and Online Marketing. In 2017, they became the Online Dominance Team Leader at Reverse Focus. In 2018, they began working as an Adjunct Instructor at Bergin University of Canine Studies, where they are teaching Marketing. In 1999, they founded Abra Marketing, a digital healthcare marketing agency.

Kurt Hoffmann attended the University of Missouri-Saint Louis from 1987 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Marketing Emphasis. In 1988, they studied French Language and History at Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III. Prior to that, they attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1985 to 1987, where they studied Computer Applications to Business.
