Loay Shaheen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and collections, currently working in a sales role at MAINMARKS since January 2024. Previously, Loay has held various positions at Misr Italia Properties from June 2019, including Handover Supervisor and Team Leader Handover, demonstrating leadership and oversight in handover processes. At Abraj Misr, from April 2017, Loay worked as a Collection Specialist and later as Collection Supervisor, focusing on maximizing cash flow and managing delinquent accounts. Prior experience at Misr Italia Properties as a Collection Supervisor involved reconciling payment statuses and achieving collection targets. Loay began a career in customer service with SAUDIA AIRLINES as ground staff from June 2008 to February 2011. Educational qualifications include a degree in Business Administration from New Cairo Academy.
