Johanna Manuel

Johanna Manuel is a professional with extensive experience in the real estate and legal fields. Currently serving as a Real Estate Paralegal at Abrams Garfinkel Margolis Bergson, LLP since August 2020, Johanna previously held the roles of Director of Operations and Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker at Compass, where administrative support and client communication in the New York real estate market were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes working as a Real Estate Sales Associate at Brown Harris Stevens and as a Paralegal at the Law Offices of Larry Alfonso Arias, where Johanna assisted with immigration, divorce, and guardianship cases. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Arabic and History from Binghamton University.
