Jacquelyn Silva

Jacquelyn Silva is an accomplished Associate Attorney currently with Abramson Labor Group since September 2025, following roles at Wilshire Law Firm and Lawyers for Justice, PC. With a robust foundation in legal advocacy, Jacquelyn previously served as a Family Legal Advocate intern at the Dependency Advocacy Center, working on juvenile dependency cases, and gained extensive experience as a student intern at the Katherine & George Alexander Community Law Center in various legal clinics. Additional contributions include an Immigration Law Internship at Human Agenda and participation in the International Human Rights Clinic at Santa Clara University School of Law, where a significant amicus curiae brief was submitted to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. Education includes a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Davis.
