Kyle Sharrer has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kyle is currently serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Abrasive-Form since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Executive Officer of TRI-STATE CYLINDER HEAD INC since May 2017. Additionally, they also gained experience at Rolls-Royce, where they held multiple roles including Manufacturing Manager from October 2014 to April 2017, Program Executive for various projects from December 2012 to September 2014, Customer Business Executive from July 2010 to August 2011, and Propulsion Systems Engineer from June 2004 to July 2010.
Kyle Sharrer has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University College of Engineering. Kyle also holds a Masters degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Butler University - Lacy School of Business. Additionally, Kyle has obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Prior to their higher education, Kyle attended Jasper High School.

Abrasive Form is a Chicago area based company with 40+ years of experience in precision grinding, EDM, and milling. Primarily focused on the industrial gas turbine (IGT) and aerospace markets, Abrasive Form serves some of the leading OEM’s, including General Electric, Siemens, and Rolls-Royce. While our specialties are blades and vanes, we continue to add new technologies to better serve our customers. A recent example would be addition of a fast hole EDM drilling machine to support customer demand for cooling hole technology.
