Jenny Murphy

Jenny Murphy is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various sectors, including engineering, professional services, legal, and logistics. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Abrasive Technology, LLC since October 2022, Jenny has previously owned Jenny Murphy Coaching - Co Creators of Change from August 2016 to January 2023, and held multiple HR roles from May 2005 to August 2016. Jenny began a career in customer service as a Customer Service Specialist at MG Rover from January 2000 to May 2005. Jenny's educational background includes an Advanced Diploma in Strategic Organisational Learning and Development from CIPD Qualifications (2023), a CIPD diploma in Human Resources Management from Solihull College & University Centre (2014), and various qualifications in design and applied arts from Birmingham City University.
