Rinat Gavish

Rinat Gavish has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being Global HR Director at InspireMD since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Amwell from 2020 to 2021, where they were responsible for the HR management of the Israeli R&D and Business Center. From 2012 to 2020, Rinat held the position of Senior HR Specialist at West Pharmaceutical Services, where they were in charge of the medical device R&D and engineering site in Israel. Additionally, they gained experience at Elad Systems as a Human Resources professional from 2009 to 2012, overseeing the employee lifecycle for a department of 200 employees. Rinat's career began at Extreme Technologies in 2007, where they worked as an HR Recruiter, focusing on talent acquisition for IT positions.

Rinat Gavish pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2002 to 2005. Later, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Consulting & Development from The College of Management Academic Studies from 2008 to 2010.
