Peter Gassmann

Peter Gassmann is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and consulting. Currently serving as a Jury Member at Best of Swiss Software since September 2024, Peter has held the position of Head of Solution Engineering at Abraxas Informatik AG since April 2020, where Peter is also a member of the Executive Board. Previously, Peter was Head of Software Engineering at Digi Community from 2017 to July 2024 and a Member of the Board of Advisors at SwissCognitive from 2016 to June 2021. Peter's tenure at AdNovum spanned nearly a decade, where roles included Chief Consulting Officer and Chief Commercial Officer, characterized by significant responsibilities in consulting, marketing, and sales with consistent high growth rates. Peter has also contributed to academia as a part-time lecturer at HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA and advanced studies in management and public governance.
