Thomas Sepassi

Thomas Sepassi is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner and Deputy Head of Human Resources at Abraxas Informatik AG since June 2023. Previously, Thomas held various HR roles at CH Media from October 2018 to May 2023, including HR Manager and Head of HR Projects and Analytics. Prior to that, Thomas worked as an HR Manager at AZ Medien from March 2016 to September 2018, and as an HR Specialist at Credit Suisse from September 2014 to February 2016. Thomas started a career in HR with a Management Trainee position at Neue Aargauer Bank, and earlier gained project management experience at Credit Suisse. Thomas holds a CAS in Strategic Human Capital Management and Analytics from ZHAW School of Management and Law, an Eidgenössisch diplomierter HR Fachmann from zB. Zentrum Bildung, and a Master’s degree in Business and Economics from the University of Basel.
