Fernanda Santoro

Fernanda Santoro currently serves as the Diretora de Gente e Desenvolvimento Institucional at Todos Pela Educação since August 2023 and has been a Senior Manager of People and Diversity at Trahma since December 2018, where Fernanda also holds the position of Founder, mentor, coach, speaker, and facilitator for leadership development. Additionally, Fernanda is involved as a Strategic Advisory Council member at Futurize and serves on the Business Advisory Council for HR Management at the Associação Comercial do Rio de Janeiro. As a volunteer Director at ABRH-RJ and an advisor for ebdiflix, Fernanda's extensive experience includes roles such as Culture & Leadership Senior Advisor at Carl Zeiss Vision and HR Business Partner at FMC Technologies and Gerdau S.A.
