Rebecca Adams

Rebecca Adams is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in Employee Relations and strategic HR management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Abri Group since July 2021, Rebecca specializes in supporting directors and their teams through various employee relations challenges, including redundancy programs and complex cases. Previously held positions include HR Manager and Consultant at Arqiva, HR Project Manager at The Wow Company, and HR Advisor roles at Twinings and Le Creuset. Rebecca's expertise encompasses managing grievances, developing training programs, and building positive relationships across organizations to mitigate risks. Rebecca holds a 2:1 BSc in Psychology from the University of Reading and has volunteered as a Career Counsellor at a homeless shelter.
