Roma McDonnell

Roma McDonnell has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Roma started their career as a Finance Assistant at Portsmouth NHS in 1994 before moving on to become a Management Accountant. Roma worked on budgets and costs for various services and provided financial information and advice to managers and clinicians. Roma then moved to Chichester District Council as a Service Accountant, where they delivered on budgets and costs for housing and provided financial support and advice to budget managers. In 2001, they joined Martlet Homes as a Management Accountant, leading the initial setup of company systems and line managing a team of officers.
