Tam Norris

Tam Norris is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. As the Founder of TCA - The Change Agents since January 2015, Tam has demonstrated a commitment to driving change and transformation. Currently serving as Non Executive Director at Abri Group and Vectis Housing Association Ltd, and previously as Group Managing Director of Transformation at Places for People until February 2024, Tam has a strong background in strategic oversight and operational management. Additional roles include Chief Operating Officer at VIVID and Transformation Director at Serco. Tam holds a Master’s degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Leeds.
