Sadd R. has had a diverse work experience. In 2014, they worked as a Member Services Associate for BMARPC SCIENCE CLUB. They then went on to work as an Instructor for the Up Outsourcing Training Center from November 2017 to December 2018. In 2017, they also started working as a Top Rated Plus Freelancer for Upwork, a global freelancing platform. In 2018, Sadd R. became a Co-Founder & CEO of Abridge IT Firm, focusing on internet marketing and design services for small to medium-sized businesses. They also took on the role of Level 2 Seller on Fiverr in the same year.

Sadd R. began their education at Jatrabari Ideal School And Collage, where they obtained a Secondary School Certificate (SSC) in Science in the years 2004 to 2014. They then attended Birshreshtha Munshi Abdur Rouf Public College (BMRPC) from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in Science. In 2016 to 2017, Sadd R. pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Botany/Plant Biology at Jagannath University, Dhaka. Finally, from 2017 to 2021, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science at Daffodil International University-DIU.
