Phil Weiss

Phil Weiss, MHA has over a decade of work experience. Phil started their career as a Tutor at Upward Bound in 2011 and later worked as a Medical Scribe at eScribe Management Services. In 2014, they joined The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center as a Project Manager, where they led various projects in performance improvement, capital equipment, supply chain, and provider compensation. In 2015, Phil moved on to Nationwide Children's Hospital as a Project Manager in Strategy & Business Development, where they led projects across different areas of healthcare. In 2016, they joined CipherHealth as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, receiving an all-company core value award. Phil helped the company grow from $7M to over $30M in annual recurring revenue and achieved multiple contract expansions through thought-partnership and opportunity identification. Phil was later promoted to Director of Customer Success, leading a team of Customer Success Managers serving 70+ enterprise healthcare customers. Currently, Phil is working as a Partner Success Director at Abridge.

Phil Weiss, MHA earned their Masters degree in Health Administration from The Ohio State University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from West Virginia University between 2009 and 2013.
