Sarah Workman

Sarah Workman is the Manager of Client Success at Abrigo, since August 2017, where leadership of a team of seven Client Success Managers has been pivotal in driving customer advocacy and achieving strategic company goals. Sarah has held several roles within Abrigo, including Senior Client Success Manager and Client Success Manager, focusing on strengthening customer relationships and enhancing the effectiveness of technology solutions for community financial institutions. Prior experience includes roles in e-commerce customer support at East Coast Metal Distributors and sales consultancy at Weatherby Healthcare, among others. Sarah's foundational experience in management and customer service began at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where outstanding performance led to rapid advancement in roles. Additionally, Sarah has a background in coaching basketball, achieving a state championship victory. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
