Syntyche S. currently serves as the Director of Coaching at Abroad.io, a global leadership development platform, where Syntyche focuses on empowering leaders and organizations through a blend of science and timeless wisdom. With extensive experience in coaching, Syntyche previously held the position of Leadership Coach at the BC Real Estate Association and has worked in various capacities with the Canadian Mental Health Association, including as a Community Bounce Back Coach. Syntyche founded Dare Personal Development Coaching, providing personal development coaching to a diverse clientele. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Simon Fraser University, a Co-Active Coaching certification from CTI, and degrees in French Studies from the College of the Bahamas.
