Raphael Roston is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational leadership, compliance, and regulatory affairs. As Co-Founder of AbroadWorks since December 2019, Raphael has directed daily operations and spearheaded the development of proprietary custom recruitment software in preparation for a SaaS launch. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President at Barclays Investment Bank, where Raphael conducted detailed compliance reviews and authored critical test documentation. At Credit Suisse, Raphael modeled a risk assessment framework and led regulatory remediation projects focusing on Anti-Money Laundering and client identification. Previous roles as a freelance producer and Returns Department Manager further demonstrate versatile leadership and operational skills. Raphael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Mathematics from Baruch College and an Associate Degree in Business from Bramson ORT College.
