Patrick Ongchangco

Patrick Ongchangco has extensive work experience in the media industry. Patrick is currently the Head of Media Engineering at ABS-CBN Corporation since January 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Research and Development at ABS-CBN Corporation from September 2006 to December 2021. In their earlier career, they worked as a Technical Research Specialist at ABS CBN Broadcasting Corporation from September 2000 to September 2006. Before joining ABS-CBN, they held the position of MIS Head for Technical Operations at JAKA Group of Companies from September 1997 to August 2000. Patrick also worked as the Department Head for Auxiliary Services at Westco Electrical Supplies and Services from January 1997 to September 1997, where they supervised audio, video, and communications design and installation works.

Patrick Ongchangco attended Don Bosco Technical College from 1991 to 1996, where they earned a degree in BS Electronics and Communications Engineering with a focus on Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
