Kannan MS is a seasoned operations and sales professional with over 14 years of diverse experience in operations management, tour planning, and facility management. Currently, Kannan serves as the Head of Sales and Marketing at ABS Group, overseeing daily operations for over 300 employees across Kerala and leading strategic sales initiatives. Previously, Kannan worked as a Regional Sales Representative for Arabian Experience, enhancing B2B sales in the South Indian market. Kannan has extensive experience as a Leisure Consultant at ITL WORLD™ in Dubai, managing inbound tour queries and developing operational efficiencies for B2B clients. Kannan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a specialization in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the University of Kerala.
