Karla McGinniss

Karla McGinniss has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Karla currently holds the position of Regional Recruiting Director at ABS Kids. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Clinical Recruiter at TeamHealth from 2011 to 2021. Karla also served as the Manager of Physician Recruitment at US Oncology from 1998 to 2011. Karla began their career as an Advertising Sales professional at Houston Chronicle from 1994 to 1998.

Karla McGinniss completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University, where they attended from 1990 to 1993. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment from LinkedIn in October 2021.
