Lindsey Hoffmann

Lindsey Hoffmann is an experienced professional in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, currently serving as the Director of Clinical Operations at ABS Kids since August 2014. With a background as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Lindsey has expertise in ABA case management, assessment of skill deficits, development of behavior support plans, and supervision of direct care teams. Previous roles include Director of ABA Services, where Lindsey managed ABA centers and home-based services throughout Utah, along with a large team of behavior analysts, and Assistant Director, focused on staff training and organizational projects. Lindsey began a career in education as a 1st Grade Teacher at Lincoln Elementary in the Davis School District, enhancing teaching methods with technology integration. Education includes a Master of Arts in Exceptional Student Education with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of West Florida and dual bachelor's degrees in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Utah State University.
