Paul Henshaw is a skilled manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in production engineering and mechanical project management. Currently employed at ABS Machining since October 2024, Paul previously worked at Dyer Engineering Ltd as a Production Engineer from January 2021 to October 2024 and held the position of Mechanical Project Engineer at Spincraft ETG Limited from February 2017 to April 2020. Paul’s background includes a focus on lean manufacturing and production support at Esterline Engineered Materials. Earlier roles included positions as Production Controller and Project Engineer at Manthorpe Engineering, as well as machine shop operative and sheet metal fabrication roles at Aerolux LTD. Paul holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Engineering Design from the University of Nottingham and a Higher National Certificate in Manufacturing Engineering from Blackpool and the Fylde College.
