Amir M. Elsayed has extensive experience in the engineering field. Amir started their career as a Hull Executive Engineer at Alexandria Shipyard in 2003, where they were responsible for revising cutting and forming cards, following up on work shop production plans, and preparing periodical reports.

In 2004, Elsayed joined Zamil Offshore Services & Zamil O & M Company Ltd as a Hull Executive Engineer, focusing on reviewing block drawings, ensuring complete material lists, and overseeing building schedules. Amir was then promoted to Hull Dept. Head, where they prepared preliminary activity lists, project budgets, and department action plans.

In 2008, Elsayed was promoted again to Engineering Project Manager at Zamil Offshore Services. In this role, they led a team of engineers and draftsmen, prepared design packages, technical documents for tenders, and supervised equipment selection and order plans for new projects.

Most recently, Elsayed worked at the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) as a Principal Engineer starting in 2023. Additional details about this role are not provided.
