Craig Cox

Craig Cox has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Craig is currently serving as the Emerging Talent Programs Lead at the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Alight Solutions from 2013-2022, where they held various positions such as Human Capital Management Operations Manager, Sr. HR Business Analyst, and Integrated Client Delivery Analyst. From 2005-2013, they worked at Aon Hewitt, where they served as a Client Delivery Analyst and HR BPO Manager, among other roles. Earlier in their career, they worked at Trispec International as a Payroll Specialist, Shell People Services as a DC/DB Funding Analyst, and SourceNet Solutions as an A/P Client Support Consultant.

Craig Cox graduated from Sam Houston State University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing. Prior to that, they attended Aldine High School. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification as a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach from Gallup in 2023.
