Jake Deguzman

Jake DeGuzman has extensive experience in the maritime industry, having worked at the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) since September 1996, where roles include Senior Manager of Learning Content Management and Director of Learning Content Management within the Corporate Learning Organization. DeGuzman has also contributed as a Principal Surveyor and Senior Surveyor, leading projects for military vessels and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards for marine structures. Prior to joining ABS, DeGuzman was employed as an Electrical Officer at Esso International Shipping Company from June 1991 to May 1996. Educationally, DeGuzman holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Far Eastern University, obtained between 1980 and 1985.
