Jim Moore

Jim Moore is a finance professional with extensive experience in managing financial operations within the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) and its subsidiaries. Currently serving as Director of Finance and Director of Global Billing since November 2019, Jim oversees accounting, reporting, financial systems, and internal controls for global operations. Previously, Jim held the position of Director of Corporate Finance at ABS Group, where responsibilities included enhancing financial processes and internal controls. Jim’s career at ABS began in 1998, culminating in leadership roles focused on project accounting and fee management across multiple divisions. Prior to joining ABS, Jim worked as a Corporate/Americas Project Accounting Manager at SMC McEver, Inc. and held various positions at KBR, including Senior Cost Accountant. Jim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Mays Business School, Texas A&M University.
