Nathan Seward

Nathan Seward is an experienced professional currently serving as an Analyst in Strategic Planning at the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) since April 2025, while also holding a position as an Analyst in Strategic Development at ABS Consulting since December 2023. Nathan's career at ABS began in July 2019, progressing through various roles, including Engineer II and Engineer I in Sustainability, and Rotational Engineer. Prior experience includes an internship as a Site Engineering Technician at Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation. Nathan contributed to academic success at Texas A&M University as a Peer Teaching Assistant from August 2016 to August 2018. Nathan is pursuing an MBA at The University of Texas at Austin (August 2023 - May 2025) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering from Texas A&M University (2015 - 2019).
