Roberto Lobo

Roberto Lobo, MBA, is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing complex offshore projects. Currently at the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) since August 2022, Lobo previously held the same title at Lloyd's Register from October 2018 to May 2022, overseeing key projects like the Park City and Kitty Hawk Wind Projects. Lobo has a longstanding history with ABS, first joining in 2002 and working until March 2018, where responsibilities included leading various high-complexity class and regulatory projects worldwide, particularly in offshore engineering. Lobo holds a Bachelor of Science in Oceanography from UERJ, a BSE in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, and an MBA in Telecommunications Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
