Sarah Priszner

Sarah Priszner, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished Senior Human Resources Manager at the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) since December 2017, where oversight includes the HR Business Partner team for North America and leadership of a global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion task force. Prior experience includes various talent management roles at ABS, where responsibilities ranged from designing integrated talent management initiatives to managing a rotational engineer program for new graduates. Previous positions held at National Oilwell Varco and PetroSkills involved leading recruitment strategies, organizational development, and training logistics. Sarah Priszner began their career as a Marketing Analyst Supervisor at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company and has a B.A. in Communication from Dallas Baptist University. Currently pursuing an MBA at Texas Woman's University, expected to complete in December 2025.
