Todd Galbraith

Todd Galbraith is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in corporate tax accounting and compliance. Currently, Todd serves as Tax Director for the American Bureau of Shipping, responsible for ensuring compliance with regional tax laws and corporate policies. Previously, Todd held various roles in prominent companies, including Director of Income Tax Accounting and Manager of Tax Accounting at FMC Technologies, where responsibilities included oversight of global tax accruals. Todd also contributed to tax accounting at Cargill's CarVal business unit and served as Tax Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing on multinational corporate clients. Early in the career, Todd was a Tax Manager at Deloitte & Touche, training personnel in international tax return preparation, and began the professional journey with an internship at Arthur Andersen. Todd holds a Master of Accountancy with a tax emphasis from Brigham Young University and is currently pursuing executive education at Rice Business.
