Elaine McKechnie

Elaine McKechnie, PMP, has a strong background in project management and process improvement. Elaine currently works at Absa Group as a Technical Delivery Lead and previously served as a Senior Technology Project Manager. Prior to their time at Absa Group, Elaine held the position of Executive Office: Project Manager at Bayport Financial Services Group | BML, where they were responsible for process improvement collaboration, project coordination, and automation of human capital communication. Elaine also played a key role in standardizing and streamlining data acquisition processes. Before joining Bayport Financial Services Group | BML, Elaine gained experience at Absa Group as an IT Project Manager.
