Fhumz Tema is an accomplished executive in the insurance and financial services industry, currently serving as Executive: Sales and Distribution at Absa Insurance Company since April 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Executive: Distribution Enterprises at Sanlam and Executive: Channel Enablement at Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Limited.
