Goitsemang Naomi Mantswe

Goitsemang Naomi Mantswe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in managing affluent banking segments. Currently serving as Head of Affluent Segments at Absa Group since February 2020, Goitsemang has also held the same title at Barclays since October 2017, overseeing Prestige and Premier Banking Segments. Prior to these roles, Goitsemang was Acting Head of Affluent Segments and Head of Prestige at Barclays Investment Bank. From December 2006 to August 2016, Goitsemang worked at Standard Chartered Bank in various capacities, including Head of Priority & Personal Banking and Head of Portfolio Management and Channel Engagement, where team management and customer retention were key responsibilities. Goitsemang began the professional journey as a Financial Consultant, advising clients on financial matters, and has a solid educational background with degrees from Strathmore Business School, Botswana Accountancy College, Drexel University, and Central Washington University.
