Henk Kruger

Henk Kruger, CFA has a strong background in finance and investment banking. Henk started their career at Momentum in 2008 as a Strategic Consultant, where they worked for five years. In 2013, they joined Barclays Investment Bank as an Analyst for a year. Henk then joined Absa Group in 2014 and has held various roles, including Equity Derivatives Trader, Vice President, and currently serves as the Head of Equity Finance and Linear Derivatives since September 2021. Overall, Henk Kruger has over 13 years of experience in the finance industry.

Henk Kruger, CFA completed their education with a Matric from St Albans College in 1999. Henk then pursued a BSc in Financial and Actuarial Mathematics from the University of Pretoria from 2004 to 2006. Following this, they obtained a BSc (Honours) in Actuarial Science from the same university in 2007 and 2008. Finally, they completed the CFA program from the CFA Institute between 2011 and 2013.
