James Mollentze

James Mollentze has extensive work experience in the technology sector. James started their career at Absa in 2000, where they worked as a Solutions Architect and Application Architect for 11 years. In 2011, they joined Business Connexion as an ECM Solutions Architect.

Returning to Absa in 2012, James worked in various roles, including Content Management Solutions Architect, Head of Development for Web, and Head of Development for the Digital Sales Platform. James was responsible for driving strategic platform strategy and digital architecture aligned with business objectives. During their tenure, James led offshore development teams, managed various technology teams, and delivered successful projects.

James also served as the Head of Technology for Web Platforms and Web Applications at Absa, where they led teams and executed visionary strategies, transformation initiatives, and radical problem-solving. James was recognized for their ability to build world-class IT teams and deliver remarkable results.
