KG Bako is an experienced professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as Managing Executive for Talent Management & Transitions and Head of HR for Corporate & Investment Bank at Absa Group since January 2014. Additionally, KG Bako is the Managing Director of KGBako Consulting, specializing in human capital consulting, since October 2013. Prior experience includes roles as Head of HR for Global Markets & Treasury at Nedbank Capital and Human Resources at Rand Merchant Bank. KG Bako holds an Advanced Management Program in Organizational Leadership from IMD, an MBA from Henley Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of the Witwatersrand.
