Lebogang Ngoato is an accomplished project and program management professional with extensive experience in the fields of SAP implementation and digital transformation. Currently serving as IM: Portfolio Manager at Exxaro Resources and Senior Manager: Programme Management (Digital) at Absa Group, Lebogang has a proven track record in program initiation, execution, monitoring, and governance across various organizations, including SITA SOC, the National Home Builders Registration Council, and The De Beers Group of Companies. A holder of multiple certifications including PMP and PRINCE2, Lebogang's educational background includes a BCom (Hon) in Information Systems and a Certificate in Digital Transformation and Innovation from GIBS Business School.
