Mkhululi Ncube

Mkhululi Ncube is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Executive Head of Credit - CIB at Absa Group since June 2017, with a focus on credit for Financial Institutions and Non-Bank Financial Institutions. Prior to this role, Mkhululi worked at Rand Merchant Bank as a Senior Credit Analyst in Global Markets from May 2013 to June 2017, and at Absa as a Vice Principal of Credit, engaged in credit sanctioning and credit risk management from October 2011 to May 2013. Earlier experience includes a role as Credit Manager at Nedbank Capital, focusing on investment banking credit risk management, and as a Corporate Credit Analyst at Barclays Africa & Absa Corporate and Business Bank. Mkhululi holds a Manager Excellence PostGraduate Programme in Banking & Finance from GIBS Business School, a Master’s Degree in Finance & Investment from the University of the Witwatersrand, and a BSc Honours in Agricultural Economics from the University of Zimbabwe.
