Nandipa Zajiji Mntonintshi has extensive work experience in the finance and banking industry. Nandipa currently holds the position of Vice President - Commercial Lending Credit at Absa Group, starting in March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Standard Corporate Investment Bank as a Credit Manager - Diversified Leveraged Lending from May 2018.

From 2010 to 2014, Nandipa held multiple roles at Standardbank Corporate Investment Banking, including Portfolio Manager - Office Of the CIO and Finance Manager - Information Technology Finance. Before that, they worked as a Management Accountant at EDCON GROUP from April 2008 to June 2010.

Nandipa's earliest work experience in the industry was at Nedbank Ltd, where they held the position of Finance Manager - Business Banking from January 2004 to February 2008.

Nandipa Zajiji Mntonintshi has a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Business Management from the University of Port Elizabeth. Nandipa is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) from CIMA. Nandipa is currently pursuing an MSc in International Corporate Finance from the University of Salford and a degree in Sustainable Finance from the University of Cambridge. Nandipa has further enhanced their skills with a certification in Commercial Banking and Credit Analysis from the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI), as well as Executive Leadership in Accounting and Finance from the Project Management Institute Chennai Chapter.
