Neeraj Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Neeraj currently works at Absa Group as a Lead Technology Partner for PSC Collections and Recoveries. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Technology for ABSA Rewards. Neeraj has also worked at Absa as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach, at Accenture as a Manager for Program, Project, and Service Management, at Nedbank as a Scrum Master and Project Manager, at Nihilent Technologies as a Project Manager, at LifeHealth care Hospitals as a Project Manager, at MultiChoice as an IT Service Manager, at Standard Bank as a Process and Governance Manager for IBM IIS implementation, at Imperial Bank as a Process Consultant for CMMI Maturity Level 3, and at a process consulting firm (MNC) as a Process Consultant.
