Njabulo Hlophe

Njabulo Hlophe serves as the Innovation and Technical Representative for Continuous Improvement at Mpact Limited since 2017, where responsibilities include facilitating innovation, cost-saving, and optimization projects across two sites in Gauteng. Prior to this role, Njabulo held the position of Project Coordinator, managing production operations in a corrugated production plant and fostering team objectives aligned with production goals. Earlier experience includes a role as an Industrial Engineering trainee at PFG Building Glass, focusing on improving manufacturing efficiency and implementing quality control procedures. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering and a Postgraduate diploma in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand, a Bachelor of Technology in Industrial Engineering (Cum Laude), and a National Diploma in Industrial Engineering from Vaal University of Technology.
