Phiroz Mahomed

Phiroz Mahomed is an experienced leader in IT service management and operations, currently serving as the Head of Integrated Command Centres at Absa Group since September 2014. In this role, Phiroz drives stability and resilience by negotiating service levels between technology and business sectors. Additionally, Phiroz oversees comprehensive service strategy, design, and governance at Barclays Africa Group Limited, focusing on IT service cataloging and management governance. With a background spanning over three decades in various management roles at Standard Bank Group and Standard Bank, Phiroz has demonstrated expertise in service level management and IT service operations. Phiroz holds degrees in Cybersecurity and Risk Management from the University of Cape Town and URM, along with additional qualifications in Business Administration and Computer Operations.
