S'Phiwe Msibi

S'phiwe Msibi has a diverse work experience in the field of solutions architecture. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Microsoft SharePoint Specialist at The IQ Business Group, where they gained experience in C#.NET development and SharePoint development. S'phiwe then moved on to Deloitte in 2009, where they served as a Supervisor for Applications and SharePoint, managing technical teams and configuring and integrating MOSS 2007. In 2010, they joined Mint Management Technologies as a BPM and Development Lead, responsible for managing customer support teams and driving improvements in customer satisfaction. S'phiwe then transitioned to Barclays Investment Bank in 2011 as a Manager and SharePoint Architect, defining and delivering SharePoint architecture and roadmaps. In the same year, they also worked at Absa as a SharePoint/Application Architect, specializing in SharePoint solution design and systems integration. Moving forward, they joined Barclays Africa Group Limited in 2014 as a Solutions Architect and later became the Lead Solutions Architect, responsible for providing technical leadership and ensuring solution delivery in various portfolios. In 2021, they joined Reverside Consulting as a Senior Solutions Architect on a contract with the South African Reserve Bank. In 2022, they held the position of Senior Solutions Architect at Signature Business Solutions, where they worked on SAP product development and architect leadership, and is currently working as a Lead Solutions Architect at Absa Group, driving the design and delivery of complex technology solutions aligned with business strategies.
