Goutham Nandigam

Goutham Nandigam is an experienced IT E2E Solution Lead specializing in Fraud and Revenue Assurance within Billing and Credit Management at Telstra since March 2012. Goutham has contributed to the Revenue Assurance program through multiple streams, including coverage assessment, strategic tool selection, preventive fixes, and historical remediation of billing discrepancies. Key accomplishments at Telstra include the successful implementation of the E2E Fraud Phase2 Platform/CARA application, encompassing solution evaluation, architecture design, solution integration, and vendor management. Prior to Telstra, Goutham worked at Convergys from May 2005 to January 2012, serving as a Telecom Solutions Engineer and Business/System Analyst, acquiring extensive functional and technical skills in business analysis, technical analysis, and software validation of various applications, including Infinys products. Goutham holds an educational background from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
