The Project Management Team at Associated Building Specialties is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. This team, comprising roles such as Senior Project Coordinator, Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager, Commercial Glass Project Manager, and Project Manager, collaborates closely with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to uphold ABS's standards of excellence and service. They manage project timelines, resources, and communication, ensuring all project requirements and quality standards are met, while fostering strong, long-term client relationships.
